did i mention i saw some cherry blossoms blooming on friday? i even took some photos of some fallen petals.
it is a rainy and cool sunday morning. Noriko has left for Wakayama to see Kobukuro. it is a special fan appreciation concert. i will stay home with Otosan and Okasan (Father and Mother).
yesterday i went to Kyoto. more on all that later. time for breakfast.
it is now 5pm and it has been raining heavily for at least two hours. luckily i took my travel umbrella on my little walk as it started raining as i was leaving Visola. Visola is the shopping area very close to Noriko`s which opened about 3 years ago. it is probably no more than a 15 minute walk. i don`t want to call it a "mall" as it is more that that. anyways, i went for a short walk in search of more cherry blossoms. i found a few in Bonoshima Koen which is about 5-10 minutes walk from Noriko`s. and 5-10 minutes could be 20-30 minutes depending how many times i stop to take a photo. i am still learning to use my new camera. today i took some nice sakura photos as well as a few other little but colorful flowers. there was some kind of pet event at Visola. i took a cute photo of a big white dog and a cute little girl trying to ride it like a horse. i bought some mini- "kasutera" from a vender to take home and share. they were being made fresh out a little stand outside Carrefour. their smell made me want to buy them and try them.
time to see what is going on downstairs.
