NH6 on 16th arriving before i leave on 16th

hopefully my cough will be gone by the day after tomorrow as that is the day i am planning on returning to my LA home. i just called ANA (All Nippon Airlines)
and i should be able to get on the flight from Osaka Itami(ITM) to Tokyo Narita (NRT) and then on the flight #6 from NRT to Los Angeles (LAX). if all goes as planned, i will arrive home before leaving Japan.
