by going there, i ended up here

something about Stuart McLean's soothing and familiar voice put me to sleep or shall i say back to sleep. i will have to listen again tomorrow to The Vinyl Cafe on CBC Radio One to hear this week's show again.  it featured stories from children and advice on writing and some beautiful music (Stuart's new favorite group/choir) from a Vancouver group/choir callled Choir Practice. it was the line "by going there, i ended up here" that i heard just as i was re-awakening this morning.  perhaps, it was the combination of staying up late trying to organize my photos on my computer and "free-up" some space on my digital camera's card in preparation for today's and tomorrow's art and music festivals in Pasadena and Redondo Beach and Stuart's voice that caused me to fall back asleep after tuning into the CBC on the internet this morning at 7am. now it is time to get ready for another fun but long day.  i am pretty sure i have decided to take the 444 bus to downtown and then transfer to the Gold Line to Memorial Park in Pasadena for the Make Music Festival.  coming home will be a little more complicated but i think i will take the Gold Line to the Red Line or Purple Line to the Blue Line to the Green Line and hopefully catch up to the 232 bus which runs from LAX to Long Beach along the Pacific Coast Highway.  that is my plan... subject to change.  everything changes.
