late night/early morning update

just about 1am here in Chester, PA. Recurrent Training is over for another year. i am pretty sure most of us don't like going to this once-a-year training but it does feel better to "practice what we seldom do". there was a nice little video about the "miracle on the Hudson" which caused a few tears to flow in the classroom. note to self, next year finish the workbook early so i can actually go to sleep before 2am on the morning of class. met some old and made some new friends in class today and then made it back to the airport in time to catch the flight back up to Philadelphia. unfortunately i did not get a trip for tomorrow so i will be hanging around here and trying to "pick up" a trip for saturday. i do plan to go for a little walk in the snow tomorrow.
