a new wagon, a Fake Book and more sakura

the rain stopped sometime in the mid-morning. it was a busy day for Noriko`s Father which means a busy day for all of us here. we finally left the house about 330p to run a few errands and for a quick ohanami at a local spot i found last year. actually i went there today while Noriko took a nap in the car (again). oh, and of course, tony went with me. most of the photos are from up on the hill above us. tonite and for the next few days they will "light up" this area. i hope to go there to see the cherry blossoms at night as well as the city lights. next we drove to Konan which coincidentally is the name of one of the teams who will be playing in tomorrow`s final at Koshien (hmmm, will i finally make it to a game?). at Konan, we bought a "wagon". if you know what a "radio flyer" wagon is, you will know what i thought we were looking for. actually we were looking for a "cart". we found one and i later put it together. from Konan we drove to Senri-chuo for a few things for Noriko`s work. i went in search of the new OhashiTrio cd called Fake Book. i found it and 2 other cds at Koseido Records. unfortunately i didn`t have enough cash for all three as they only took cash or a JCB card. i did have enough for Fake Book and i am enjoying it right now. after buying the cd i hurried to Takozo for my favorite takoyaki. just as i was getting back to the car, i noticed Noriko in the crosswalk ahead of me. good timing. we drove home and ate the takoyaki for a late afternoon snack and then Noriko started dinner. and another delicious dinner it was. this is more than i planned to write. Noriko needs help downstairs with her Father so . . .
