this is the first sakura (cherry blossom) i found blooming this ohanami (flower viewing season). it was at Kasuga Jinja (shrine) somewhere near the border of Minoo and Toyonaka during my afternoon walk yesterday from the Minoo City Hospital to the monorail station at Shibahara. looking at last year's blog, the cherry blossoms started on the 20th in Minoo.
