lately i do not sleep more than a few hours at a time. i guess if i was really motivated i could get a lot of things done. but, i am not. i have been listening to some tapes i made while in Japan in Mar/Apr and again in May. i heard this beautiful song this morning around 4am while listening to a tape from Minoh FM (Taki Taki Taki 81.6). immediately i knew it was Yuki but i did not know the song's title. finally (another finally) after several google searches i found. it has a sad/happy quality for me. Joy was the first song i remember by Yuki and that is still one of my favorite videos. Yuki was a originally a member of Judy and Mary (still not sure if she was Judy or Mary) but i don't really know their songs. Joy holds a special place in my heart. and now so does this song . . . Prism.
did i mention that every morning around 5:15 i can hear birds singing? and yes, i have recorded their songs too. apparently they are in the trees behind my apartment. i can hear them now.
