not just another "how to" video (found here)
Tony met a real couple of clowns yesterday. (1/640 and 8.0 with the Canon)
noonish. ok, so far . . . called Apple, called Mike, checked on flight to Philly for wednesday, rechecked monthly work schedule, made reservations for hotel stays before and after upcoming trips, checked some blogs (thanks to N for this video), replied to some overdue emails, watched another Rebus, put Wallander in the mail. time for some lunch while watching Kiina and then bills, serious room clean-up.
5pm-ish. Mike called back. his kids are home for the summer and i think there were a couple of the neighbor's kids over as it sounded like Mike's Day Care Center. (perhaps the name for his new blog). called Apple back and all is well and now i have an extra 160 GB of space on my hard drive. walked to the market and dry cleaners. paid a few bills. did a little research on things to do in London on friday. i wish i could change my trip so i would be there on saturday as there is more "things to do" on the weekend. i may just take the train into the city to Covent Garden. or maybe a bus to Brighton. i will be there on monday also. not sure why i am writing all this in my blog when i should be cleaning up my room and preparing to leave on wednesday ... i always have tomorrow for at least another day or two.
remembering next april (1/200 at 10 with Canon)
8pm-ish just about to have some dinner. not much new since the last update except i found some sakura (cherry blossom) photos from april on a SD card hidden away in a box of "Japan stuff". and as things do, i thought about this song/video while listening to this Marty Balin record... new little problem, record player/turntable plays everything as if it were a 45 rpm which is much too fast for a 33 rpm record. not good. and a record player is?
