Thing did not go well. . . i just got home . . . next day service from Philadelphia to LA.
more later in today's post on why it took over 10 hours to "fly" from PHL to LAX. think summer storm. think big summer storm. think over 5 hours with a plane full of mainly non-English speaking passengers sitting on the plane waiting (patiently?) to fly 5 hours to LA. think long day and night for many people. quote of the day "how long can you keep us prisoners on this plane?"
and that was about two hours into the delay. followed by "i will be calling my lawyer when we land." of course, that person spoke English very well. most amusing question "how long is it going to rain?" yes, how long indeed.
