i planted some cosmos and forgot-me-not seeds that i recently received from my Mother. if they could talk perhaps they would be saying "thank you for this rain". but then they might say "move us to a safer place as it is a long way down if we fall from the top of this rail". but then if they could talk, i am sure i would be sitting out there in the rain with them talking about things like, "it's raining again."
and speaking of rainy days, i remember this song from a long time ago. the singer is Asami Kobayashi. i have the 45 record somewhere and will try to find it and scan it in when i have some free time : ) the original song is I Like Chopin by Gazebo.
i found some time and the 45 record by Kobayashi Asami and scanned it in. i will put it on the turntable later if i have time : )

the rain stopped so i decided to go for a long walk but this time i took the bus to Hermosa Beach and then started walking back home. i spent a few hours at Hermosa Beach pier watching and photographing the waves, surfers, clouds, reflections and maybe a seagull or two.
