things you see when you take the time to look

another nice sunday, another nice sunday walk. just a little tired from my last three days of working out so i will rest after my 4 hour walk. here is some of what you might have seen had you been walking with me. of course, there are a couple hundred more photos i like but they will have to wait their turn as well as will the photos from the O-shogatsu events in Little Tokyo on the 1st.

another tanpopo, another self-portrait (with Casio compact digital camera)

Calle de Arboles (not too many people out before 8am on one of my favorite streets)

calla lily, almost overwhelmed by it's own leaves

Okii-chan (Ojiichan is a nice way to say "grandfather" in Japanese and ki is "tree")(i sometimes make up my own words. it is kevgo)

i found this tsuyukusa trying to get to the road more or less travelled

sunstar and orange hana (did i ever find out the name of this flower last year?)
