a dear friend of mine is another year older. i hope he will be home soon. and i hope we will be able to enjoy the beauty of ohanami 2010. it will be my 7th year in a row to see the cherry blossoms in and around Minoo. i can barely remember the first time i saw sakura bud, bloom and fall ... as though floating from heaven to earth. i know i will always look forward their return and. even the thought of seeing them again makes me happy.

i made it all the way from Manhattan to Ontario. long day. i just enjoyed an In-n-Out burger after walking thru Ontario Mills. now it is time to rest. tomorrow will be another long day. i hope to take a photo or two from the air as we fly down to Cabo San Lucas. unfortunately we have to fly back to Phoenix after only about an hour on the ground. and then if all continues to go as scheduled, i will be home friday evening (for the night).
