i should be on my way to Osaka on tuesday, St. Patrick's Day but i was able to enjoy some St. Patrick's Day festivities as Hermosa Beach celebrated early. in case you didn't make it to Hermosa today, here are some images from the parade and festival.
and as bonus to today's enjoyable day which included a parade, Irish step dancers, live music provided by Wrath of McGrath, people watching/photo taking (still not completely happy with my new camera), i met an old friend as i was walking back up Pier Avenue. Bryce is back from his exciting life in Kauai and back in business in Hermosa Beach. he was painting the outside of his new (old if you know his story) shop. he hopes to open his new card shop called Curious around the first of May. i am sure he and the store will do well.
