it was hiding behind the palms and kangaroo paws
after a 4 year layoff from working out at the gym, i made a rare appearance today. it felt good to sweat like that. i didn't overdo it but i am tired as i also walked home (about 3 miles) from the gym while "walking" a few errands. and then for another 2 miles walk to test my new pedometer. and now some Monday Night Football.
no music lately but by chance i came upon a television showing being filmed today. it was quite interesting to watch. and you know all those people whose names roll by quickly in the movie or tv show's credits, well they were all there today. there were so many people today around "the set". i talked with an Production Assistant. or was it an Executive Production Assistant. the only thing i really saw her do was yell out "quiet please". the name of the show is "Life" and it supposed to be on NBC. i will do a google search of it to see what i can find out. i think i recognized one of the actors. he was Amy of Judging Amy's older brother. the PA or EPA told me his name but she had never watched Judging Amy.
i just looked up Life and it appears to have started last year. i never saw but it might not have been on long last year due to the Writer's strike. the premiere for this year will be on the 29th. i don't think that is the show i saw . . .
