5 days in a row . . . no, not work. well, working out. now i am only 7 years and 360 behind schedule. it does feel good to sweat. now i can rest and watch a little baseball. maybe a walk later. this video is in my "workout playlist". it really helped today as i was completing my 3 hours of cardio. some other songs are "don't leave me this way" by the Communards, "so crazy" by Amuro Namie, 3 songs by The Killers. "hey ya" by OutKast. more later. as soon as i got home i started taking some photos of a new tsuyukusa bloom (above) and yesterday's tuberose.

this is that butterfly. i really like this song but cannot find out who the singer is. i heard it on LoungeFM (in the "ambient music" section of iTunes radio).
