one last look before walking back home
and why did i leave my warm little home to walk to the beach at 530am? let's just say i am glad it was not my wedding ring. unfortunately i did not find what i lost yesterday at sunset. fortunately i enjoyed the early morning walk, the quietness of it all. now i can stay home and watch some football and baseball, clean up my apartment, do laundry again and other this and that things. when i arrived at the beach, you could not see the ocean but it was incredibly loud. it was basically gray, cool and bit foggy even when i left around 830am. i stayed to watch and photograph the surfers, the pelicans, the waves, etc. here is a short 20 seconds of a young but very talented (in my non-surfer opinion) surfer boy. i say "surfer boy" because there was one young surfer girl who was also very good (as seen above). actually there were at least 50 surfers out this morning and all of them seemed to be enjoying the time in the water.
