actually you can try the above photos at home if you have photoshop. the don't try this at home title refers to my day at the gym . . . 5 hours straight cardio exercise. it is a cloudy with a chance of rain type of afternoon which is good as i am just a wee bit tired and hungry. time for some lunch and a ballgame.
